The best software comes from adapting to feedback and new information. No plan survives first contact with real users, and any product worth building will require adjustments along the way. Fixed-price models discourage this, locking both sides into assumptions that rarely hold true once development starts.

Great projects deserve undivided attention

Unlike many agencies, we don’t spread our engineers thin across multiple clients. Our contracts are a commitment that the people you work with—whether it’s our CEO or a junior engineer—will be fully available to you. Fixed-price agreements often create idle gaps while features or changes are evaluated, which don’t align with this resource model.
